| April 11th: 2nd Annual Green Run |
Starting at Clark University (950 Main St)
Registration starts at 10am
Race begins at noon
Organized by Clark student supporters of REC for the 2nd year in a row, this 5k run will leave Clark University at noon and will take place rain or shine! 117 runners participated last year, and organizers hope to double the number of runners this year! Each participant will receive an organic t-shirt.
Participants may register in advance or on race day from 10am until start time. Registration fee is $15. All proceeds will benefit REC!

April 10th: REC's Annual Spring Garden Festival |
11am-3pm Woo Church (911 Main St)
Our annual kick-off to the upcoming gardening season! Come mix and mingle with other Worcester gardeners, meet our YouthGROWers, participate in workshops and listen to great music! REC's Food Justice Program now supports 40 community gardens in Worcester and we continue to grow!

May 1st: REC's Annual Earth Day |
8am to Noon - Locations throughout city!
Join fellow community members for REC's Annual Earth Day Clean Ups. With many sites throughout the city, volunteer your time for an afternoon and enjoy the outdoors!

Come purchase local, organic seedlings and heirloom varieties grown by REC members, staff, and volunteers! Help support the work of REC's Food Justice Program while buying beautiful seedlings for your garden at this festive spring fundraiser!
