35th Annual REC Earth Day Cleanups
What are the earth day cleanups?
For 35 years, caring Worcester residents have joined the REC in giving our city the spring cleaning necessary to keep it clean, green, and safe. Each spring, we welcome individuals, schools, faith communities, neighborhood associations, businesses, and all others to work alongside each other to remove over 25 tons of trash from our streets, green spaces, and neighborhoods each year. REC provides gloves, trash bags, and t-shirts as well as trash pickup by Worcester's DPW. We hope you can join the effort in 2026!
